Training with Clients
Every personal trainer has their own style and way of training clients and this definitely defines you as a trainer. I see training as an hour of your day to change yourself to, better yourself and prove something to yourself. I want my clients to achieve more than they can imagine so I push them past their own limits. It’s about pushing yourself further than you think you can go, when you think about failure you give up but its having the mental strength to get another repetition because that’s where the difference is made.
There are 168 hours in a week you spend at least 56 hours sleeping, so you can spare 3 hours in a week dedicated to you. It’s important to understand the gym is a selfish thing it’s about bettering yourself.
My training approach with clients is down to what works best for you, my aim is to help you achieve your goals and I will do as much as I can to help you, I can help with nutrition, training and the whole lifestyle and that’s what it takes if you want your goals. At the end of the day I can’t achieve your goals for you that’s down to you, I am here to push you past your limits and help you along the way.
